In a video shared on Instagram by the page Yourpopculturedose, Ranbir is seen fully in character as Jordan on the set of Rockstar.Surrounded by crew members with cameras and lighting equipment, and guided by director Imtiaz Ali, Ranbir strums a guitar and belts out ‘Jo Bhi Main’—though his singing is more enthusiastic than melodious!
The clip sparked a wave of hilarious reactions from fans in the comments. One joked, “How can I unsee this?” Another fan humorously quoted a line from Nadaan Parinde: “Ye sunke nadan parinde ghar se bhag gaye!” One comment read, “I feel so sad for sound dada rn,” while another chimed in, “This is exactly how I sound.” A fan cleverly added, “Barbaad kare alfaaz mere (My words are ruining it) got real.”

Ranbir Kapoor’s stellar performance in Rockstar earned him several awards, with the film’s music composed by AR Rahman and Mohit Chauhan lending his voice to most of Ranbir’s songs.
