When you lose someone, a void is created, which time can’t heal and no one can fill. Of course, some memories keep a person alive in your heart, but sometimes the same memories make you cry a river when you recall your loved one. Something similar happened with film producer Boney Kapoor when in a recent interview he remembered his late wife and Bollywood’s iconic personality Sridevi.
Boney Kapoor recently had an interaction with News18, regarding his health and weight loss journey. During the same, he opened up about how his late Sridevi was always worried about his weight and tried every trick in the book to make sure to keep his weight under check. “The seeds were sown by my wife. She was always after me to lose weight,” he shared.
He said she was a health-conscious person. He used to go for walks and to the gym with her. She always knew when and what to eat; and though Boney Kapoor tried his best to follow the same he couldn’t.
Further, as he spoke more about late Sridevi, he got overwhelmed with emotions. His sentiments echoed in his words when he said, “I feel Sri is still around me, my wife is still around me and motivating me to lose weight. ‘Lose weight’, she said.
Sridevi – A legend, a star gone but not forgotten
