Jaideep Ahlawat, who is known for his performance in films like Gangs of Wasseypur, Raazi , Commando and Gabbar Is Back, had his breakthrough moment in Anushka Sharma backed web show Paatal Lok. His portrayal of Haathiram Chaudhary opened many doors for the talented actor, and since then, he has been bombarded with multiple films and web shows.
In fact, the year 2025 is going to be a very important year for the actor, as he not only had many ticket projects lined up, but he also begins work on some of the much awaited projects. While on one hand Jaideep awaits release of Pataal Lok 2, he also has Jewel Thief with Saif Ali Khan and Siddharth Anand awaiting in the pipeline along with Ikkis- directed by Sriram Raghavan which also stars Dharmendra and Agastya Nanda. He also has Hisaab with Shefali Shah in the pipeline.
On the other hand, he also recently became part of the much loved web show The Family Man’s third season with Manoj Bajpayee and Sharib Hashmi. And to top that, the makers of Family Man, Raj Nidimoru and Krishna DK have also roped him in their ambitious project Rakt Bramhand: The Bloody Kingdom which is being directed by Tumbbad fame Rahi Anil Barve. While the details of Jaideep’s role is still underwraps as of now, but the six part show is set in a fantastical kingdom, that promises bloody action sequences, spectacular visuals, and a gripping narrative. It already boasts names like Aditya Roy Kapur, Ali Fazal, Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Wamiqa Gabbi. The shooting for the project has been on since December, and it expected to release by the end of 2025 or early 2026.
